 Safety Rails Australia guarantees all materials and manufacture of its products against defects in workmanship for the lifetime of the product. This guarantee is subject to regular wear and tear under the prescribed usage of the product.

Safety Rails Australia does not accept liability for any or all of the following:

the failure of purchaser to meet standard installation requirements,
   
the results of incorrect or inappropriate maintenance, or
   
any costs involved in the removal or replacement of faulty products.
